Privacy notice
This notice covers the personal data processed when using the GoDataFusion website operated by BIM Revolution Kft. (the website) and the inquiry form on it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information (Infotv.).

2. What data we process, and why
Quote request form. Data entered on the form: name or company name, email address, phone number (optional), the project site, the task description, the selected service and result type, and the attached files (PDF, JPG, PNG — at most 3 files, 5 MB in total). We use these solely to prepare the quote, to get in touch and — if an order follows — to perform the contract.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; where an order follows, performance of the contract.
- Data source: provided by the data subject.
- Recipients: the controller's staff; the email delivery provider (see section 4). We do not pass data on to third parties and do not use it for marketing.
Attached drawings, footage. We treat submitted sample drawings, site plans and — where an order follows — the documentation uploaded to the dedicated project folder as confidential project data. We do not modify the original files; the result is produced in a separate, new file. Only the project's participants have access to the project folder.
Server logs, abuse protection. When the form is submitted, the server records the sender's IP address and the time of submission, solely to filter out abuse (mass submissions, bots). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller's legitimate interest in operating the service securely.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Apart from the settings stored in the browser that are needed for the website to work (for example respecting reduced motion), we place no identifiers and use no advertising or social media tracking code. Should this change in the future, a consent banner will appear on the site and this notice will be updated.
4. Data processors
- Hosting, serving
- Netlify, Inc. — 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA · netlify.com — serving the website and the server logs.
- Email delivery
- Resend, Inc. (resend.com, United States) — delivers the data and attachments entered in the inquiry form by email to the controller's address.
- Project folder
- Google Drive (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Írország) — megrendelés esetén, a projekt dokumentációjának megosztására.
Through the use of Netlify and Resend, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, to the United States. Any such transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR — an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep the data
- An inquiry that does not become an order: for 12 months from submission, then deleted.
- Where an order follows: until the contract is performed, then as required by accounting obligations (Section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on accounting: 8 years) for accounting documents; for project material, for the period set in the contract.
- Server logs (IP address): at most 30 days.
6. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may request access to their personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and may exercise the right to data portability. Requests should be sent to the email address above; we reply within one month at the latest.

7. Data security
The form submits over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The server checks attached files by type and content and forwards them only as attachments to the quote request email — the public website is not a document store and keeps no files permanently.
8. Changes to this notice
The controller may amend this notice; the version in force is always available on this page. Effective: 7 October 2026.
