01 CAPTURE · 360° CAMERA

RECORD THE SITE. RETURN ANY TIME.

We record the whole site in one walkthrough. The result is a clickable 360° walkthrough tied to the floor plan, which you can return to at any point in the project — without going back on site.

01–03 THE SERVICE

ONE WALKTHROUGH, EVERY VIEW.

01WHAT IS IT?

360° site documentation: we record the site in one walkthrough from evenly distributed capture points, tied to the floor plan and organised by level.

Not a folder of photos: a searchable site map on which you can step into every capture point, look around and move between points — in the browser, from anywhere.

02WHAT IS IT FOR?

  • Condition records — before work starts, at handover, for warranty claims
  • Virtual walkthrough — for designers, subcontractors, clients
  • Reference photos — a location-tagged, numbered project log
  • Documentation before covering up — what will later be behind the wall
  • Presenting a property remotely

03WHO IS IT FOR?

  • Real-estate agents, property managers
  • Contractors, general contractors
  • Developers, project managers
  • Hotels, facility operators

Anyone who has to show a site several times, to several people.

04 WHAT DO WE NEED TO START?

PREPARINGTHE SITE.

Four things are needed to plan the walkthrough — each answers a different question about the site.

PROJECT SITE REQUIRED
Address or exact name. This lets us plan the walkthrough and the travel.
A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK REQUIRED
A few sentences on what needs documenting and what it will be used for.
APPROX. AREA / BUILDING SIZE IF KNOWN
Square metres, number of levels, the rough size of the rooms. We estimate the number of capture points from this.
FLOOR PLAN IF AVAILABLE
For larger buildings the floor plan helps place the points. Not needed for smaller sites.

05 HOW WE WORK

RECORD, ORGANISE, RETURN.

  1. 01 / CAPTURE

    RECORD

We record the site in one walkthrough. The capture points cover the area evenly so nothing is left hidden — a time-stamped record of the physical condition.

  2. 02 / ORGANIZE

    ORGANISE

The capture points become the project's structured references: identified by level and by room, tied to the floor plan. Not a folder of photos but a searchable site map.

  3. 03 / RETURN

    RETURN

You can return to the site at any time — for a dispute, a handover, a warranty case. The recorded condition can still be viewed once the structure has been covered up.

07 EXAMPLE · CLICKABLE 360° VIEW

STEP INTO A CAPTURE POINT.

This is what a recorded site looks like from the inside. Drag with the mouse or your finger and look around; you move between capture points the same way as in a real project. The floor plan button shows the points on the drawing too.

DEMONSTRATION ENVIRONMENT

The 360° view cannot start on this device. The floor plan and description below contain the same information.

DEMONSTRATION ENVIRONMENT. The environment shown is GoDataFusion's own demonstration building, not a client project. On a real job the capture points are recorded on the actual site and the view shows the real 360° footage — with this same interface.

The view shows the interior of a three-storey building: the reception area and meeting room on the ground floor, the open-plan office and focus rooms upstairs, and the BIM room and project studio on the top floor. Twenty capture points on three levels; move between levels with the level selector and between points with the arrows.

06 WHAT YOU RECEIVE

FLOOR PLAN + CAPTURE POINTS.

The delivery has three parts: the floor plan with the capture points, the clickable 360° walkthrough, and the reference photos assigned to the points. The drawing below is the ground floor of the demonstration building, with the capture points.

The format is agreed per project. The 360° walkthrough stays available for the whole duration of the project.

How we handle the footageTRUST AND DATA HANDLING

  • Confidential project dataSite footage is confidential project data. Only the project's participants have access to it, and we do not use it as a reference without permission.
  • Human verificationThe placement of the capture points and the organisation are done and checked by a specialist.
  • The original stays unchangedWe do not modify the client's floor plan — the capture points are marked on a separate layer, in a new file.
  • Traceable resultsEvery capture is tied to a place, a level and a point in time.

HOW LARGER PROJECTS RUN

Eight steps, always in the same order. In the first round we only need the site and the task.

  1. Source materialSite, task, approx. size — and a floor plan, if available.
  2. ReviewScope, number of capture points, walkthrough time.
  3. QuoteA tailored quote for the actual work.
  4. Accepting the quoteIn writing — this is when we agree the date of the walkthrough.
  5. Dedicated Drive project folderA closed folder for the project's participants.
  6. Uploading documentationFloor plans, levels — into the folder.
  7. Walkthrough and processingRecording, organising, tying to the floor plan.
  8. Delivery of the results360° walkthrough, floor plan with the points, photos.

THE SAME PROJECT. A DIFFERENT QUESTION.

The three services build on each other, but each can be ordered on its own.

TELL US THE SITE.

A 360° camera is already selected. Describe the site, the task and the approximate size — attach a floor plan only if you have one — and we reply within one working day.
